The things you need to know...

1. Placing an order

In order to make a purchase you will be invited to register basic information about yourself to allow us to contact and deliver to you. Following this process you will be directed to a secure payment area where you can pay via PayPal, Credit or Debit Card.

2. Payment

Payment will be authorised and your order will then be processed, goods allocated, picked, packed and dispatched.

3. Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail detailing your order with a unique order reference number followed by a further e-mail which will confirm when your order is dispatched. Please use this number should you have a query and wish to contact us.

4. Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your order this can be done anytime up to the goods actually being dispatched. A full refund will then be provided. If you wish to cancel an order after this time then the order will be treated as a return. Please ensure that any cancellation is made to us directly in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse an order should certain situations arise: we have insufficient stock, pricing errors by us or our suppliers or we are unable to deliver to your address.

5. Delivery

We will deliver the goods to your supplied delivery address. We endeavour to dispatch our goods as soon as possible and deliver within 2-3 working days. However due to stock availability this may not always be possible, in any event your order will be received within 30 days. When your order is received and signed for then you become the liable owner of the goods.

A. UK Delivery Charges

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50.00.

Order two or more items at one time and your order will always be delivered FREE OF CHARGE to any UK address.

All orders under £50.00 will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, requiring a signature on delivery. The cost for this will be chargeable at a standard rate of £3.50. With this service they aim to deliver next day.

Other delivery services are available if required. Please contact us for a suitable quote.

B. EU Delivery

Delivery on all order under £50.00 will be delivered by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For. The cost for this will be chargeable at the standard rate of £7.50. They aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.

For orders over £50.00 or if a different service is required, then please contact us for a suitable carriage charge.

C. Rest of the world delivery

Delivery on all orders under £50.00 will be delivered by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For. The cost for this will be chargeable at the standard rate of £10.50. They aim to deliver between 5-7 working days.

For orders over £50.00 or if a different service is required, then please contact us for a suitable carriage charge.

6. Returns

If you should require a refund then please tear off the refund section on your delivery note, complete as necessary and return the goods to us within 30 days. Please ensure that the goods are as received and any labels, original packaging are intact. Return in original packaging or in a similar secure way.

A full refund will be given less delivery costs, unless the goods returned are deemed faulty. In which case the full costs will be refunded.

Peak Road and Race Supplies cannot be deemed responsible for any damage or loss during the return carriage. Therefore, we recommend that a signed for form of carriage is used.

7. Refunds

Refunds will made to the customer as soon as possible following receipt of the returned goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected when purchasing goods from Peak Road and Race Supplies Limited.

8. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange goods as long as they are returned to us as per the returns procedure above. Please ensure that you detail the reason for your exchange and the replacement item that you require. We offer this service to you free of charge as we understand that size and colour can vary.

9. Guarantee and Satisfaction

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the goods within 30 days (as per the returns procedure above) for a full refund, minus delivery charges.

10. VAT

VAT is included within all of our prices at the standard current rate of 15%.

11. Goods Description

The description we use for the products is supplied to us by the manufacturer. Peak Road and Race Supplies Limited cannot guarantee accuracy of this information.

We collect personal information from you when you purchase items so that we can deliver your order and offer the best customer support and advice. We keep a history of orders to provide this ongoing service and for accounts purposes.
