It is essential to ensure that all protective/safety apparel fits correctly. Failure to do this may result in failing of the equipment to protect the wearer during the unfortunate event of an accident.

- To correctly fit a helmet, you will need a tape measure and a mirror.
- Simply measure around the head across the centre of the forehead, above the ears and over the natural bump at the back of the head.
- Allow a small amount for thick or very long hair. If your head measurement is between sizes, it is best to choose the smaller size as the inner lining gives over time and with use.

- To correctly fit gloves, you will need a tape measure.
- Simply measure around the hand at the fullest part, excluding the thumb. If you are right handed, measure the right hand. If you are left handed measure the left hand.
